Digital Marketing Assisstant or intern

 

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and talented Digital Marketing Assistant with great social media knowledge to join our team and make our brand stand out among the rest. This can be a part-time, entry-level opportunity or an internship position (pending experience level). You must have a great sense of digital marketing strategies and embrace brand consistency. You have a well-rounded understanding of Google Adwords, SEM, SEO, and a strong knowledge of social media marketing. You are passionate, detail orientated, experienced on all social media platforms, and can write great marketing content. You must be very self-driven, but also have great teamwork and collaboration skills to work with our marketing team, sales team, and graphic designers.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaboration with social influencers and bloggers
  • Optimizing & creating SEM
  • Optimizing social media ads
  • Assist in the management of all social media pages and profiles for clients
  • Assist in the planning and execution of all PR campaigns for clients
  • Assist in the development and improvement of advertising, marketing, and PR strategies to grow our brands
  • Presenting marketing data to clients

Required skills, knowledge, and abilities:

  • Working knowledge of SEM and SEO strategies
  • Proficiency in mainstream social medial platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter
  • Knowledge of email programs such as Constant Contact or MailChimp is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically about projects
  • Highly proficient in Google and Microsoft suite of products (Gmail, Google Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications:

  • College students currently seeking internship credits
  • One year experience in digital marketing or related field is a plus
  • Ability to work within a remote environment
  • Willingness to have fun, an open mind and share creative strategies!

Business Development Consultant

 

Job Summary

First and foremost, you are a Top Performing Sales Professional that thrives on setting your own work schedule and income goals, ranging from $2,500 to $15,000 per month, by either working PART-TIME or FULL-TIME . You are responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for The Caruana Group's prospective customers.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Quickly develop relationships with new prospective customers
  • Meet with business owner to deliver presentations and present proposals
  • Discover, understand, and execute on optimal financing and strategy design solutions for customers
  • Tightly manage customer expectations and sales cycle procedures for a multitude of customers at once
  • Self-generate new sales opportunities by cultivate referral opportunities from new and existing clients
  • Willing to visit and present prospective business owners in person, video, or phone
  • Develop industry knowledge, with an understanding of digital marketing strategies, sales training strategies and business optimization & consulting

Your personal qualities and characteristics:

  • Digital Media sales experienced preferred, but not required
  • Exceptional networking and lead generation skills
  • Highly responsible and professional
  • Experience successfully selling to businesses of all sizes
  • Extremely well-organized; able to tightly manage a multitude of relationships at once
  • Self-starting; highly proactive; eager and willing to try new things to promote personal success; a fighter
  • A strong affinity and familiarity with new technology
  • Highly proficient in Google and Microsoft suite of products (Gmail, Google Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key performance outcomes:

  • Develop and maintain a relationship with your clientele base/sphere of influence
  • Demonstrate industry-specific sales best practices, including:
    • Performing introductory calls to all new opportunities
    • Regularly asking for and cultivating referrals from new and existing clients
  • Deliver an amazing customer experience for all prospective customers, illustrated by strong net promoter scores and other customer reviews

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of sales experience, or demonstrated strong performance in a sales position
  • A valid driver’s license
  • A computer, cell phone and means of transportation

Compensation:

This is a 1099 performance based position. The compensation for this position is comprised solely of straight commission along with a rep referral program that earns you additional commission for each contract your referred rep sells in the 1st six months. Motivated, hardworking, successful sales professionals will be compensated very generously.
